Order Status allows specific dealer representatives to check current orders in process through completion. Here's how to get access.
The Order Status tool allows dealers to review the status of current orders in the Artcobell system through to completion and "ready to ship." The system can be accessed through the Order Status link at the top right of the Artcobell website and requires a login ID and password. Login is separate and no longer accessible from Artcobell 101.
To request access
Contact your Artcobell customer service rep or email CustomerSupport@artcobell.com. You will need to provide the following information:
- Artcobell dealer ID
- Dealer name
- User name
- Contact phone number
